What to Expect with Us

LETTERING  There are several types of lettering styles and options you can choose from.   All our memorials come with the standard, sandblasted lettering on the stone.  However, you can choose an alternative lettering option.

PERSONALIZATION   Placing an emblem or a few symbols on the stone can create a unique tribute to a stone. 

VASES   Incorporating a vase to place flowers or mementos with your stone may make  meaningful tribute to stone. 

PLACING ORDER   Once you have created your memorial you can place your preliminary order with your sales counselor.

PROOF   Once we have finalized your selections, your  memorial design will be submitted to the  graphic art department for layout.  Generally, we are able to computer generate at our planning center your requests and show you the proof of the stone.  For custom memorials, art work may take up to a week or two to obtain based on the season for ordering.

APPROVING   Once we have obtained your proof, your counselor will contact you to view the proof and sign off before any order is officially placed. 

PAYMENT   Once the proof is signed and payment is provided, your stone will be put in production.  Please visit payment options for additional information

FOUNDATION  Foundation orders will be submitted to the cemetery  prior to the stone arrival so that the stone can be set once delivered.  NO stone will be set without a foundation in place. ** REMINDER ** Each cemetery pours their foundations at different times of year, which could affect the delivery of your memorial. 

DELIVERY   Many factors dictate the delivery of your memorial.  Time of year when placing the order (winter months) is an example.  Your sales counselor will give you an approximate time frame for delivery.

CONFIRMATION   Once your stone is set and completed you will receive a confirmation email, phone call or mailed photograph of your memorial.
